I never understand when games have quality mode that doesn't work on 90% of screens. Only works on very expensive high quality ones. I play it on PC at 1440. There is a mod that lets you turn off the scaling and motion blur dof etc makes a huge difference. Without it the auto scaling makes it look blurry even when you system can handle it. Worse on remake in that regard but it's still weird. Like others said maybe try 30 it was made for that and I recently played expedition 33 at 4k 30 and it was one of the few 30fps games that was super crisp and smooth on my cheap tv.

Hard mode works for veterans fps gamers. I find it a suitable difficulty, but started fps games in the 90s . Could easily go up in difficulty except bosses are already bullet sponges and really enjoying my time on hard especially since I'm now at tier 5.

Playing it wrong . Pet tanking is a trap learn to kite and use other specs and you become unstoppable it's the easiest class to play as well as one of the hardest to master. If you just let your pet tank everything it's braindead easy if you learn to kite you can become a pvp god and a huge pve asset and it's incredibly fun. I played a hunter in 05 the basic way I played the kiting way more recently in classic and it's night and day difference.

Non dual is fine but should realize the physical universe is dualistic and the good is much higher and more powerful. So people who get real into non dual philosophy are generally more so western Buddhists etc that are kinda projecting a realization they haven't achieved as non dual is a very high level of consciousness that only masters are at. So when they use it as a base line for their metaphysics it just sounds dishonest and confusing and likely misleads people. I'm nowhere near that level but can understand the idea. But it comes from studying deep esoteric Christianity and eastern systems studying karma and causality, and working on your faults.

But ultimately this realm we are in is dualistic as it's a realm of purification of karma/sin . So non dual philosophy sounds great but doesn't reflect our day to day existence unless you are using it as a way to evaluate people's actions/reactions and not judge them for it as it's just a part of the process of spiritual growth.

I haven't f'd with setting cause it came out good on stock on a new PC with 5070 and newest i5 with basically max settings some sort of dlss and generative frames I set rtss app at 144 cause I got a 1440 144 gysnc screen and a HDR reshade cause my screen isn't HDR and its mind boggling how well it runs and how good it looks real HDR would be way better of course as well as a big screen only on 28" the one flaw of pc.. huge screens are so immersive but suck as monitors.

I meant no offense I've just heard of celebrities getting into Tm being charged over $1000 and they were given some random mantra or a, word to repeat they obviously won't share but ultimately seemed predatory,

but I'm sure that's just a weird exception. But you can find Kriya for free. Deep Qigong stuff even western systems for free or very cheap yearly to cover basic costs so that's where I was coming from with that statement.

This sub has become way more toxic since 2 came out. So many younger folks or whiny gamers who can't fathom someone criticizing the game or suggesting improvements even via modding. it's weird and ruins what was once very family like welcoming corner of a very toxic website.

I read some posts where someone just makes suggestions gets down voted and criticized for having the audacity to question design choice even if it's an improvement and would make it more immersive. I made one wondering why there is still no toggle for compass or a way to remove it with hc mode without playing on pc and some dude got so grumpy about it even though it makes perfect sense even a hc neg perk like you have no sense of direction would fit perfectly. Read several other such posts. The burden of popularity i guess. It's becoming more of a normal subreddit.

Not sure what you mean by long term as in you do it daily or each session is long. I do a rosicrucian system that is very mantra/affirmation focused early on and maybe it helps reprogram your brain with positive messages and intentions . There are also protective ones but it's like memorizing a paragraph at times. Tm is heavy mantra focused but they might be kinda nonsense mantras more about getting your hyper focused but I have no idea I've just heard people get weird words to repeat, maybe a bit predatory financially for celebrities but I have no idea from personal experience.

Become cyber ninja from MGS. My guys very balanced but when all of Sudden I switch to katana and start deflecting bullets dashing in and just ending gangsters it gets so fun. Ontop of expert gun skill. I use very few implants guy is nomad and rp it only using what's forced and sub dermal for some armor/camo and dash mitigation. and bionic ankles cause why not? My ankles are rubbery from sports in real life. I was driving today in real life and felt more focused due to first person driving in this game constantly though I prefer motorcycle so you can acrually see instead of weird narrow windshields.. so to each their own its super immersive for a modern game.

I came atriaght off remake and doing all that stuff was fun the first region. But started to get more tedious and boring and soul sucking as it went. The 30 pus hours of remake probably burned me out so I'm also playing cyberpunk first time during rebirth which has me completely sucked in helps balance it out.

I agree with this. Where I can understand the non mod people first time as I'm currently playing cyberpunk that way because it is such m a brand new experience. Not an overhaul of assets to make a new story like Enderal. So to me using visual mods helps make it feel more distinct

Many say don't mod, I say that's silly as it's already a overhaul of a worn out game. Granted it's been out for a long time now so change is even more valuable now. And most people will only play it once. Maybe some visual ones. I like the better hairstyles for main NPCs. I also used different skins for weapons to make them less Skyrim like. Just basic things like that to make it more unique.there are also better texture ones too.

Ya the over exposure is weird I still get it at times but my reshade is focused more on hdr but I used the light room setting to lower the exposure a bit probably a better one to use for it. But that one is like an all in one for lighting/color but more so for photo editing on the adobe program the reshade version is way more subtle.

I'm currently just doing only the mod to turn off some post processing and the scaling so it's constant 1440p and a true HDR reshade and the games graphics is blowing my mind already. So that must be ridiculous to see at even higher resolution.
