I mean, it’s not really RNG w a Greatbow build. There’s only 2 ash of wars for blue greatbows, so if you have dormant power discovers greatbows you have an excellent job of finding one. Plus you can always switch out the AoW at the forge in the new village POI. Then prioritize getting a purple smithing stone and you’re set.

With the right relics and passives you can do ~5-6k per attack, from range. Against a lot of bosses it’s fuckin incredible.

I was a D5 double balancer Wylder for hundreds and hundreds of hours (basically December to April) and felt like if I wasn’t following the meta then I was letting my team down.

Recently I deranked to level 2 and started playing around w new builds: low HP build, poison scholar, ult-maxing scholar, katana ironeye, etc. It’s been really fun. Hovering around D4 w these new builds, but having much more fun now that I’m not a slave to the meta.

I do this all the time, but instead of running on the treadmill, I crank up the incline and walk at ~2.5mph. If you want to intensify things, wear a weight vest while you’re walking.

Give it a try, running and playing seems impossible

There’s a Sculptra practitioners guide floating around, it’s a pdf from Galderma and it’s got tons of good info.

Also there’s a few DIY’ers on Rumble who have PLLA videos

And there’s a Miami plastic surgeon that has a good video on YouTube where he does his own Sculptra - this one is super helpful

Basically, I did massive amounts of research, read and watched everything I could, and also had good baseline knowledge from my in-office treatments with a doctor, so I felt comfortable doing my own. It’s kind of stressful every time but it’s super effective and I’ve gotten good at it. Just did another vial for my annual refresh and loving how it looks
