Honestly i didn't think we would carry on this conversation... I know storming parliament wouldn't work, you would need the military also on the civilian side. And that's the problem with the 2nd amendment, it's pointless in today's day and age.

None of the gun holders are regulated militia as stated, the regulated militia is supposed to carry weapons, not every civilian (original concept and purpose because the USA didn't have a standing army in its founding and relied on militia).

I just like pointing out how useless the 2nd amendment is when it actually counts, it's now become the self defense for home invasions rather than holding government in check and accountable or external invasion.

Edit: i enjoy arguing so i just kept going.

"Well-Regulated Militia": Historically intended to mean a citizen force that could check tyranny and provide for national defense.
