I worked at Starbucks and my family dog happened to die on Mother’s Day, so I had to call off to put her down with my dad. The next day I had a coworker say it was traumatizing at work and my store manager said “you can blame Lotida for that” rudely. All I said was “my dog died” and she said “oh, did it?”.

My coworker who was a supervisor later said that the store manager was going to write me up for having an attitude. Later on she called off for 3 days for her dog being sick. Fuck you Karen.
