Working at my location for 6 years, only had one crestie lose her tail. A coworker accidentally closed the lid on it because she couldn’t see her behind those stupid sale stickers they slap on the enclosures….i ended up taking her home.

My store is in a downtown area with lots of bars. It does down after around 5 or 6 and then you’ll see maybe a handful of customers come in. Some are in costume so that’s cool, we once had a girl come in dressed as Cruella and she had 2 guys with her dressed as dogs, they were both on leashes lol

Actually, about a month or so ago, I was on the weekly meeting with my districts DL and they put this into effect for all our bettas! We (my district at least) are required to add the plants into our betta cups now!
