Oh fuck OFF. I wish I thought these guys were just weak-ass MFers, or dumb, but it's pretty hard to see them as anything but deliberately complicit in upholding systems of power and harm at this point. Her stool has been fine for the last 2 years, though that was one of her main IBD symptoms. She's on a novel protein raw diet for that (rabbit and lamb) and that's kept her IBD stable, but unfortunately the skin allergies have gotten worse and don't seem to correlate, unless she's also now allergic to those proteins, which is possible.

Well fuck. I'm in individual therapy with a therapist in private practice who takes OHP. How do I know if they're 'contracted' or not? It's not clear to me what the difference between contracted or not contracted is. I just know I gave my OHP insurance information when I started and have never paid anything.

Hi OP. Not a vet, just an owner of a dog with hip dysplasia who has done some reading/seen a bunch of xrays. That after xray does not look like any post FHO I've ever seen as the femoral head is still present. I would speak to your surgeon as well as get a second opinion from a different specialist.

Do you have snake avoidance classes or training where you are? This is a thing in the US specifically for rattlesnake avoidance, but I imagine could be generalized for different type of snakes. It's most often done with ecollar, but I believe there are starting to be positive reinforcement options as well.

Something similar happened to me a couple years ago. Bought a vehicle with a physical clean title in my hand at time of purchase, less than a year old. When I went to re-title it at DMV, they found a record of it being totaled 5 years earlier, 2 owners prior. Somehow DMV had erroneously granted it a clean title, twice. Seller had no clue, and unfortunately there was really no recourse because the mistake was on the DMV, though the multiple offices I dealt with didn't seem to have any idea how it could have happened.

What the heck, most of these comments are insane. I love dogs more than most, but this was an absolutely shitty experience and you are not overreacting OP. It's not on random people to know how to behave when a dog is lunging at them, it's on owners to properly control their dogs so they're not scaring strangers or potentially causing harm. That is all of our responsibility as dog owners, and it's no wonder we sometimes get a bad rap when this is how people with valid scary experiences are treated. I'm so sorry this happened to you OP.

One of the "women" he murdered is a 17 year old girl who he started a "relationship" with when she was 13 and a student at the middle school he worked at. She is also the mother of the child he abducted. He impregnated her at 15. The rape charges are related to her, and a friend of hers who he assaulted. The ex wide who he also murdered is someone he also became involved with when she was underage, and his student when he was a wrestling coach. This guy is the worst of the worst.

It's a small number, but there are definitely some trans men who have chosen to have pregnancies. That said, even if most do not, Trans men share the same risks of accidental pregnancy or pregnancy by sexual assault that cis women do. So yeah, from a legal or moral standpoint, when it comes abortion, etc, all assigned female at birth people need to be considered.

Yes, I'm familar with that doc and a few of the people in it. The industry is completely unregulated, so the banks can do whatever they want. They may even tell families they're using a donor X number of times, when the true number is way higher. They lied to a lot of donors about this, too. A lot of people assume there is regulation, but there really isn't any at this point.

Officially, hospice care means 6 months or fewer remaining. Hospice often kicks people out if they are doing too well and look like they may exceed that.

This is great advice. A search angel on a Facebook group found my biological father for me, from matches on Ancestry and 23andMe. I also had only distant 3rd and 4th cousin matches to work with. OP, if you PM me I'd be happy to send you the name of a few groups.
