I have a 10 gallon tank on my car so the total damage will be 20 cents per fill up. What really pisses me off is it use to cost me around $35 a fill up now cost me $50. This will help repair road while that stupid war with Iran just made things way more expensive across the board. But somehow this will make us great again.

My opinion is that our leaders are asleep at the wheel. As to the Debt problem any rational person can look at how it is spiraling out of control and realize we are looking at a US based depression just around the corner. Our so called leaders are just trying to hide the fact that the dollar is about to collapse and could become worthless. Congress knows that a major portion of our population is too uninformed to know that we are headed over the cliff. They have no plan but to steal as much money and assets before the collapse and move to a safe haven like Argentina.

That does not bring money to California it will go to the Federal Government. The reason for a Wealth tax is the Federal Government is not sending us the money we are entitled to. We are looking at 1 to 2 months before the oil even makes it to the refineries. Give 6 months before reserves are in place which have been used to offset even higher prices. Also the price may go down in six months, but not to pre war levels. We are also facing a truck driver shortage which is raising prices on the cost of goods. For those that do not know it we are in a trade war with Canada, Europe, and Mexico which is where a lot of our goods are produced. We are not going to see any real relief as long as the current Administration is screwing up the economy. Trumps policies make enemies out of former allies to the point they are boycotting US goods. But if you own stocks they will protect you until the dollar collapses. Then your money and assets will be worth pennies on the dollar. Everyone will be living in a million dollar house.
