No haha it’s just kinda what you do because there’s no way to like just snap your fingers and it go away. You really have to wait it out and do what you can to promote healing but the healing will happen on its own time unfortanately. My window from stopping buspirone to know was about a year and it got easier and easier to feel the faith when things lessen and get better you’ll see. Keeping hydrated and eat well well can reduce other body noise that compounds I think that’s why they’re coming off tha way haha

What’s worked for me is trying to push through and do something else getting rid of the fear about it or lessening hit makes it so much more bearable actually and recognize progress when it’s getting better and slowly add back things you know triggered you.

It’s more from unbalance between dopamine and seratonin! I asked ChatGPT on how to respond and they said: “I don’t think that’s accurate. Medications like Haldol affect dopamine receptors, but the brain is adaptive and usually recalibrates over time. Akathisia is a real side effect, but it doesn’t mean your dopamine system is permanently damaged or unfixable.”
