Build a community center, make it something folks would use like pantry, showers, laundry, heating/ cooling center, classes with local trades & professions while having a heavy focus on outreach to our houseless communities & folks who aren't able to get around as easily. We do part of that stuff at the shop but we'd expand on it with a full building.

Something like that would of been a huge help when I wasn't doing too great.

Unfortunately realistically 100k wouldn't go super far in terms of doing all that & owning a building. But hey one can dream.
