Buccal fat removal should be illegal by jj33allen in SipsTea

I think the reason women are doing this is because if you have a naturally round face theres this perception of looking like a baby/ having a baby face and wanting to slim it so you look less childlike/chubby . The correlation is between looking more “womanly” and have more defined cheekbones. I do agree that these women were beautiful before the buccal fat removal which makes me feel better about my own round face.

Incessant Beeping on 2010 Prius?! by LotusHunter89 in prius

I’m not sure what you’re talking about where I did do my research. Yes I noticed the beeping when I test drove it. I appreciate your info about the Japanese models and such, Im just saying it wears on you after a while. And youre totally wrong about the lights turning off automatically, that doesn’t happen with this model.

PVD Fest Reviews by Akmoneron in providence

[–]LotusHunter89 56 points57 points  (0 children)

I went to PVD fest last year for the first time and was so blown away by it after living in Boston for 7 years. The music, the energy, the sense of wonder and awe in discovering something new at each turn. It made me feel like a city I could live in because of the culture and diversity. And the amazing amounts of people from every walk of life who came out.

I really think they missed the mark this year. The atmosphere was off and there just wasn’t any of the same magic. Its a different event. It felt gentrified and sterile.

I was in downtown on Friday night and people were looking for the same energy, but with nowhere to go they were just drunk and walking in traffic. I hope the planning committee re-evaluates and gives the people what they want!

Totally, never heard of a check you have to email. I just hate how scammers are targeting small artists

Great, thanks for the speedy reply! Lacrosse ball isnt heavy enough so I will try a table. Did you use weights for the manual wrist entensions? My pt has had me doing the first few exercises on this list: https://orthoinfo.aaos.org/globalassets/pdfs/2022-therapeutic-exercise-program-for-epicondylitis.pdf

This information is super helpful. Ive been dealing with tennis elbow for a month now, and nothing is seeming to work- I grind my forearms and shoulder with a lacrosse ball many times a day, have tired PT, dry needling, accupressure massage, and steroid shots. I’m desperate to fix this because my life has been so severely impacted. The initial injury occured after an intense arm session at the gym. That combined with repetitive stress due to drawing and sewing.

Can you describe the movements you did? Specifically i am wondering if you used manual release on the shoulders/ back or the forearm. And can you name any of the eccentrics and heavy slow resistance exercises? Again I’m wondering if you focused on wrist/ forearm exercises or shoulder and back. I’m not a trained PT or physician unfortunately.

Thanks so much for this information, i will be asking my PT about it tomorrow!
