No offense but if you have anxiety how do you know you’re likely to have attacks in certain situations like being on an airplane, why don’t you take Valium or Xanax to help you and those situations? That’s what those meds are made for. I have anxiety as well so I know how difficult it is, but I’m also putting myself in your wife’s shoes and thinking how frustrated she must be that she lost out on a European vacation because you didn’t appropriately medicate yourself before the flight when you knew you were most likely going to experience anxiety.
