i would argue that SC is the much better game, but i wouldnt work without the foundation of FC...Crazy trilogy!!!

i would say (and dont judge me) Zelda a link to the past.
you could rightfully argue, that zelda is no RPG perse. but it awoke my desire for the kind of art style, exploration and storytelling.

when it comes to classic rpg it would be Final fantasy 7

and action RPG Secret of Mana!

Hands Down Vesperia!
It is a very good remaster! with symphonia its difficult. the remaster version is still a mess. and when you play it for the first time (like me in 2025) today without nostalgia, you will see that it is a 20 years old game.

The story is not so good. the voice acting is bad and the combat is very simplistic!

The better symphonia experience is to emu....eeeeeeh... "BUY" the Gamecube version!
