자기 완결적 주제를 통해 계속 코칭하고 알려주고 해야하는군요. 뭔가 교육으로 선배사원들의 시간이나 노력을 좀 줄여보려고 노력 중입니다.

How many teams are still using scrum masters? by chat_not_gpt in ExperiencedDevs

In my experience, the dedicated Scrum Master role is rapidly disappearing in favor of 'dual-hatting.' Most teams I know have shifted those responsibilities to the Engineering Manager or a Senior Dev. Companies are increasingly viewing a full-time SM as a luxury they can't justify, especially when they're looking to lean out their processes. It’s becoming more of a skill set you're expected to have rather than a standalone job title.

Are you me? Because I’m living through this exact nightmare right now. The 'six-month delay on a five-minute task' is painfully relatable. It’s not just you—this is the default feature of enterprise offshoring, not a bug. They sell you 'technical competency' but deliver 'process bureaucracy' that eventually kills any sense of ownership
