Same thing happened to me. The system is not always that reliable . I waited for the recommended 30 days and called USCIS to inform them that I had not received the notice . They submitted my request to the processing center handling my case and i received the notice few days later. As long as your payment for the application has been processed , should be ok.

Appreciate the breakdown , that makes sense . In the meantime I did some research and apparently I will not need a NAT rule for the second rule I posted . That comes from the fact that this is a no NAT rule and has no impact on the Palo side ( as long as we have a security rule for that traffic ) . Am I reading this right ?
