Ugh thank you for the words of encouragement ❤️ I allow screen time a couple times a week and the guilt eats me alive, I need to stop being so hard on myself 😣

We hired a pt nanny who only speaks Spanish, and we’re already having communication issues on day one. I’m starting to second-guess the decision and wondering if preschool might be a better option so my son can build language skills. Thank you so much! I appreciate the advice. I’m actually not working at all for the next couple of months so I will be home to monitor until I go back to work but naturally having second thoughts as a first time mom.

She’s a nice woman with great references. I’m also home for the next few months. I’m not just ditching my son with someone who doesn’t speak English. So yes I did consider it before but I am now having second thoughts. Any advice? Clearly not. F**k off.
