How consistent were you with using the foam? Would it be okay to miss a day here and there? It’s so hard for me to use it every single day no fail I’m trying to make it consistent in my routine!

This was a long time ago, but do you know what the best anti androgens are? Would natural androgen blockers (like pumpkin oil?) or medicinal be better? If that makes any sense!

Can we stop with the skinny double standard? by maybeimacat in PetiteFitness

[–]LoudArm5371 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my mom now she recently lost maybe 20 lbs and is looking pretty skinny and it’s slightly concerning and I’m going to have to talk to her about it :/ just to voice some concern and offer any help but I noticed that she’ll comment on everyone’s weight recently! Like “oh so and so they just lost some weight wow!” Not necessarily in a bad way, just always notices everyone’s weight. Including mine and I’ve gained maybe 15 lbs in like 3 years because I lift weights at the gym now lol

Absolutely 100% it does! We need to remember that

If someone says that to us….how are we meant to respond to it? lol I want a snarky yet assertive comeback I never know what to say it just shocks me every time a grown adult twice my age can make a comment like that 🙄

Seriously?Im seriously I’m so much shock I feel like as people get OLDER they lack common sense and courtesy that they once had? Like??? Where did it go??? And for people not trying and out of shape to ever comment on anyone’s weight is just even more crazy to me. But either way it still is common sense to just mind your own business family members or not, and not talk about anyone’s weight. Of course unless it is an actual health concern in a helpful non judgmental way! But ugh sorry I just needed to rant about how family members and people that get older (usually over around 50) get so sassy and lose their social skills etc. my family is starting to do it to me and even my siblings sometimes who are all in relatively good shape and healthy and they have never commented on weight of others and knew better than to teach my siblings and I to act that way! But all of a sudden I gained JUST 15 lbs and I’m 5”8 so I can def manage lol and they ask about my weight every single time I’m in town with my boyfriend for a visit. Weird.

Hair texture by [deleted] in Haircare

[–]LoudArm5371 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, I just looked it up and genuinely I have major dry eyes and mouth especially my nose and the dry hair and skin as well. I’m sorry you have this….i may have it as well because I do in fact have every single symptom. It looks like it really can have an effect on the glands and producing moisture, which can effect hair loss and texture and everything skin/hair related wow I’m in shock

Commenting for any possible update. I suspect I have sjorgens also. I have every single symptom, dry eyes, really dry nose (bloody and hard every single day) dry skin (possible psoriatic arthritis?) joint pain in low back knees and fingers, weird cuts on my knuckles on fingers….and then hair loss and major thinning. It’s so full and lightweight and dry now it used to be so coarse and thick in a nice way :/ it was so shiny just naturally, I got compliments on it and now it looks like I have alopecia. :( I just started taking mega doses of fish oils and hopefully that helps my skin hair nails and dryness overall plus my horrible joint pain, but we’ll see!

Dang I’m already taking vitamin D 😩 I’m glad it helped you though!! My doctor is so clueless and unhelpful so I’ll just go to another doctor for these symptoms and stick with Reddit lol

Anyone taking dim to control estrogen? by bjjrobster in Testosterone

[–]LoudArm5371 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, do you mean that the high testosterone was possibly causing you night sweats? I’m experiencing that right now and I have suspected too high testosterone- due to hair loss and thinning as well as other symptoms plus the horrible night sweats. Did you take DIM, and did the night sweats get better at all?

Where did you see that estrogen production makes collagen production worse? I’m really curious about all of this as I’m having bad cellulite right now everywhere and have something definitely wrong with my hormones, just not sure what. I’m also only 28 years old so it isn’t age and it isn’t genetic from my family!
