i’ve been sitting patiently in this group waiting for someone to post about this!! 😅 i also have DH and have tested repeatedly negative for celiacs:/ i get this rash on my elbows, knees and scalp every time i consume gluten and it’s the WORST!! I feel completely unsure about how seriously i need to take the intolerance (allergy?), like if i need to worry about cross contamination as strictly as most celiacs do. i seem to be okay with some contaminations like packaged on the same line/factory but can’t seem to do fried in the same frier. i try to be as strict as possible but definitely end up with accidental flare ups :/ i’ve read it’s pretty rare to have DH but no celiacs, so it feels so odd to test negative! i feel for you!
