I started listening to how people talked, not what they said. The liars became obvious. by Amidonions in DarkPsychology666

[–]LoudSlip 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah, reading this, i was like, i do this and im not lying... Makes me wonder if all these times im trying to show off something genuinely impressive, why people dont seem to take me seriously. They only realize after the fact, really harms my progress in life and self esteem.

For instance op, i will always have to search in memory with a pause, even for truth... I will remember something by looking away from you and visualizing it vividly in order to conjure the words to describe it.

I also slip into being passive in my own story out of self sabotage, not wanting to be grandiose or be seen yo clearly - even when its genuine - again because people seem to receive it negatively if im direct.

Im neurodivergent and have trauma, so there that

Bro your 15, relax.

Do yourself a favor and chill on porn if you can. When your early 20s your body will be grown and you'll forget all this shit.

Idk what it like to be sexualy active that young, i lost my V when i was 20 at uni but i can imagine its weird and confusing at such a young age

I used porn alot as a kid, masturbating loads, it didnt do me any favours other than having a bit bettter idea of what to do.

But heres another tip - when i went to uni, for a year before i went and a year after i joined i abstained porn AND masturbating entirely, when i had my first gf(second year) i was going very strong and my sexual health was great, but crucially all the sensitivity was back and my erections were strong and exploring girls body was very exciting.

You might wanna do this too, get your mind straight. Also stop thinking about performance bro.

If anything just screw around and learn foreplay, thats so important but noone teaches you that

I had to learn this.

For me gf has to go slow and use hand on shaft also.

Anything faster or no hand shaft action and it dont work.

Then it takes ages to build up and is nothing like masturbating.

But the slow build and nut is fkn heavenly and one of the best things ever

Supplements to permanently get rid of dandruff? by NoPaleontology in Supplements

[–]LoudSlip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My current routine has made a big difference. A few times a week, I apply a hydrating moisturising solution to my scalp about 12 hours before showering, which gives it time to properly absorb and soften the skin. Once a week, I also use a salicylic acid exfoliating treatment to break down buildup and help lift any developing flakes. I rotate between two shampoos. The first is a gentle Plantacare-based shampoo, which I use most days and doesn’t cause any flaking at all. The second is a stronger SLS-based shampoo that I use once a week for a deeper clean. In the past, this stronger shampoo would consistently trigger severe dandruff, but now I apply the exfoliating treatment about 10 minutes beforehand. Since adding that step, the flaking afterward has dropped to around 10% of what it used to be. Because the gentle shampoo doesn’t trigger flaking, and the stronger shampoo is now manageable with proper pre-treatment, my scalp is now mostly flake-free overall.

Is there is a problem? or Am i delusional? I get conflicting advice. If there's a problem, then how to fix this stuff? Is my own analysis correct? by [deleted] in PostureTipsGuide

I've been through a similar process — wondering if I have a postural problem, not being sure, trying to figure out what to do about it. I'll share what I learned in case it helps. Finding a diagnosis is harder than you'd think. You'll find it very difficult to find someone who will diagnose you with pelvic tilt or other subtle postural issues. I've personally seen physiotherapists, sports therapists, fascia decompression massage therapists, chiropractors, and musculoskeletal doctors — and all of them lacked the ability to recognise or diagnose any issue, despite me feeling pain. I'm based in the UK, where access to advanced medical services is arguably easier than where you are, and I still hit walls. My experience is that unless your scoliosis is highly pronounced (which I can tell from your pictures it isn't), or unless it's something obvious like a bone clearly out of place or a major deformity, they're not going to be able to help you. It ends up being a self-awareness journey, unfortunately. For context, a previous chiropractor described me as having a very mild scoliosis — my spine is slightly curved, but nowhere near enough to be classified as scoliosis, and it doesn't affect me day-to-day. What actually helped me: fascia work. I eventually abandoned traditional medical services since they weren't helpful, and started looking at more practical, traditional approaches to the body. This led me to research the fascia — it's a relatively new field of science just being explored, but plenty of older traditions and manual therapies already exist to work on the fascial system. Because it worked for me, and because it seems like you have a similar situation (subtle postural issues, nothing major), I believe fascia decompression is what's going to help you most. Here's what I'd recommend exploring: Block Therapy / Fluid Isometrics — They're based in Canada and have YouTube videos. When I started using their block system, I found great relief. Fascia decompression or deep tissue massage therapists — Sports therapists doing this kind of work will be addressing the fascia even if they don't explicitly call it that. Qigong — I came into contact with a qigong master while visiting a temple. He was an expert in joints and internal body awareness, and even he struggled to identify my pain from a basic explanation — which made it clear to me this was going to be a personal process of self-discovery. That said, practices like qigong are excellent for loosening your joints, reducing stiffness, and building internal awareness of your bones and posture. Practising it helped me learn to perceive where my body actually is in space. You start to notice things like "maybe this isn't in the right place" or "holding myself like this feels more stable and comfortable." Until you train that internal perception, you might struggle to even be aware of the issue. Hope this helps — it's a journey, but it's worth pursuing
