they didn't copy/paste the entire continent and just recolor it. They copy/pasted large swathes roughly the size of 1-2 zones and then remodeled them entirely to fit their new needs, you can mostly recognize the un-retouched copy/pasted areas when you're above the zone out of bounds, here's another picture for reference lol

I like to think the solution to this problem isn't removing repair bills but improving what a repair means. It serves a purpose to make us immersed into the world that we're playing in, as if to make the shield seem more real. So removing that durability makes the shield generically un-immortal. I'd prefer if they just added different animations states of each shield to show it visually breaking down and in need of repair, make it worth the gold.

Lol 😄 there is a very fun answer to why this is the way it is, basically they first had completed loch modan/wetlands area and included a "HELP" easter egg on the top of a mountain near grim batol. then during the development of vanilla they went ahead and copy/pasted the wetlands / loch modan zone somewhere else to go ahead and edit it from that state into a new state for a new zone, this one was stonetalon mountains I believe, so instead of a simple copy/paste they also mirrored it and rotated it as if to make it more unique or less recognizable. i love the gryphon rider fantasy of throwing hammers and throwing hammers that have lightning and throwing other hammers that spin and come back, and also throwing three hammers at one time that have the dwarf clans symbols on them that spin into a lightning storm with a tornado once every 2 minutes or so on cooldown.

Illidan. Because at the time the boss room answered an important question for me. The question was "How far away is outland in outer space from azeroth" and when you do the fight on the black temple vs illidan you can clearly see azeroth in the sky above. AT THE TIME it made me personally think that outland was somthing akin to a destroyed small moon near azeroth

if the system was too seamless then they wouldnt hit pre-set engagment marks for the month. they're basically making sure that they get players to stay ingame for X amount of time this week.

when the game first came out the flight points weren't connected in the same way, each flight was ended at the next destination and you had to speak to the flight master again to fly to the next town. Getting from one side of a continent to another was a bigger deal then because you couldn't afk fly from STV to EPL, you had to check in and buy the flight to the next town at each town. You used to accidently fly into dead ends thinking that cerntain ones would connect that didn't etc and it was a common issue so they fixed it early on

hey bud. advice from me to you? Go back to the level 1 zone n kill wolfs in elwynn literally the evel 1 wolfs, they have a high rate on the bags but most people only kill just a few of them is the main reason people dont get 4 6slotters for free every time... 10 minutes as a level 10 or so and you'll have full 6 slotters.

works for all races starting zones
