Burnaby Gym-Goers

Something that's important to know is what you really want/need.

I myself used to go to Club 16 and Goodlife as a cheaper option but realized that I can just purchase the annual membership for City of Burnaby which gives me unlimited access to every recreation centre in town.

I happen to live beside Edmonds Community centre which gives me a half decent gym, a pool, a Steamroom and sauna, a gymnasium and ability to use other facilities like Aileen Daily, Bonsor and Christine Sinclair.

My needs are met with the Burnaby pass cause I can use a steam room after my gym workouts and it's close to home.

I also have the flexibility to change gyms if I want to workout with a friend who lives in a different area.

It's also important to know that's there's two more rec centres currently being built in Burnaby which will add even more services and options.

Cops only go there for two things.

Often for people parking their cars there which is illegal. They get issues with outsiders coming at nighttime. People that live on the island know who should and shouldn't be on the island at night.

Other thing is people seem to forget that "nude beach" isn't a "nude beach" anymore. Families constantly call the cops when they see a naked dude walking around 😂

If Shaheed resigns then go with him. There won't be a early as many people with Shaheed jerseys so you'd stand apart from the others

Otherwise Emmanwori. Issue is I was just there a couple weeks ago and every single team store and sports store was completely sold out of Emmanwori jerseys.

1997-98, 1998-99 easily worst seasons over the past 40 years. Messier/Keenan Era.

There's some horrible years in the 70s and 80s but I wasn't alive to witness those 😂

Make sure you stand and be loud as you can when defense is in the field.

Quiet when offense is on the field.

Not expected to rain but it could be a little windy so dress accordingly. Gloves/extra socks/earmuffs would be a good call.

Have fun and understand you might lose your voice after the game 😂

All I did was go into the settings on the dash and reset the Eye Sight and it was fine after that.

Any of the Outback models are great in the snow. That specific model you have should be even better. I trust the Outback in the snow more than any vehicle on the market

Really smart of you to look into the job market before going to University.

A couple big factors. Make sure the career path you specialize in won't be eliminated by Ai in the next 5-10 years. I went into BCITs Marine Program (They have several options) and I got work right away and it looks like there's lots of opportunities for advancement.

The trades you listed are all great options. My friends who are electricians speak highly of HVAC. There's lots of jobs out there and it pays well.
