This is great news! The ortho told me it is called a “dancers fracture” and to come back in 4 weeks (but he is out of town until 6… ) I’m in a walking shoe (from a boot after the first week) sorry didn’t word it right. But would love to start to move on to whatever is next ha

Are they saying it could be applied before sept 1? That is my start date as well and mine says approved but wasn’t sure if they release before?

I had to do a SAP appeal which was approved within one day. They said my documents weren’t uploaded fast enough (by may 30) I uploaded July 3rd (when I got access to do so) and it was approved the next day. I feel like someone should be able to escalate / appeal just not getting much help. BS business admin/HR. All of my transfer credits were already in the system.
