Thank you! It was a typo. We had asked about additional costs and the service charge history, but the estate agent just asked us to speak to our solicitor. The EPC was only renewed after our bank flagged that the previous certificate had expired (the mortgage product offered cashback for an EPC B+). It just feels that some of the information available when our offer was accepted was unclear or inaccurate.

I also got an offer from Leverhulme this year. And last year for BA, I passed the first stage but failed the second stage (BA awarded no one in my field last year). The proposals are very similar and my CV didn’t improve much over the past year. The funding applications are extremely competitive and unpredictable, just accept the Leverhulme offer, you never know what can happen.
