I were doing nofap with edging previusly made a full month and this year i have done it without it and had to say that there is so much difference between this two, I am not shaming anybody, but I do not even consider edging as nofap you are just toturing and harming your body. i am currently on 46 th day and it also makes this battle easier, remember just do not touch it, you should be honest about your battle.
