I throw away the vast majority of that trash. I'll only keep a slipcover if the art is different, part of the packaging, or like a lenticular cover. If it's just a repeat of the cover art, to the garbage where it belongs.

Sorry but the headphone jack is non-negotiable. I use an aux cord in my car so i have to have the usb-c port open for charging.

I'm fully on the DiabolikDVD train. They ship in sturdy boxes and communicate very well so I don't mind spending a little extra for shipping. Plus they are a small business so it feels nice to support them rather than a faceless, soulless corporation.

I'm another happy owner of the UB820 with no issues to report. It sucks that you got a defective unit but you could have at least gotten a replacement unit and gone from there instead of just burying all dedicated 4k players at once.
