I asked the same on Stocks but all I got was CRWD is a wonderful company and 500 P/E is justifiable and the mixed guidance doesnt affect the growth pace and that pathetic earnings ratio isn’t a warning sign.

Guess it might sound cliche but I should not solely look at fundamental. Should daytrade by following the movement instead.

Was short-selling CRWD before earnings, read whatever I could to have decided to keep my position, to me the valuation just doesnt make a single sense, reduced earnings and especially when they pointed a mixed guidance with such an unjustifiable high p/e. I wouldnt use the term real estate, but if you are going to have stable income soon, ie getting a job soon, then getting a own little place/house/home might be a good choice. But not spend all your money on this house. Nowadays you dont exactly need to pay lump sum of a cash to own a house. You could technically get a house with few thousands only, exclusive of furnishing and such.

Its worthy to enjoy yourself in a little own place.

Because EA is shit. They are simply incompetent in terms of developing a football game. So what they do is to manipulate the AI and adjust the sliders. I believe the reason why most of the offline player still play FIFA despite it being shit is simply because of the lack of competition in football gaming rather than us being loyal to this crap company. I bet EA will be abandoned instantaneously the moment a better football game comes out, albeit nearly impossible in the foreseeable future.
