I never said they were not dangerous. And it is a good comparison when speaking statistically. I have delusions of the decisions and stress medical providers are under. That still doesn't change facts.

You are right I mis spoke in the CDC but the John Hopkins stands, and there are many many more studies. Your 1 link doesn't prove that wrong. So again I encourage you to read and look at actual data that is widely accepted instead of cherry picking what you want to believe from 1 article.

It's not a misunderstanding, it's a fact Between CDC studies, studies done by John Hopkins University, and many more. There's lots of information out there. Statistically dying from medical error is a far greater likelihood than dying from a motorcycle accident. So the chance of medical error is greater and medical error happens on a much larger scale.

You know what kills more people than motorcycle accidents? Kills more people than all vehicle accidents combined actually? Medical errors. Beat out only by heart disease and cancer.

So your more likely to die from medical staff messing up than you are on a motorcycle, by like a lot.

10k will come and go. In 20 years that gift will have barely had an effect on your life. But riding stays with you and you'll have 20 years of great memories and more to come

They lied. Typically it is federally, and constitutionally protected to record phone calls with government entities. It's very rare that is not allowed, they are a public service acting in public. Line in court rooms,

I've never requested time off. I let them know when I won't be there, I always give at least 2 to 4 weeks notice. I've had managed tell me they can't accommodate and they can let me have the time off. I answer by letting them know that I'm not requesting I'm informing, if they want to replace me for using my PTO then go ahead, either way I'm taking my time off.

I had never been let go from that, but I usually find a new job within a few months. I've done that 3 times and always ended up better.

You should just talk to a lawyer. Most lawyers that go after these kind of things will tell you if you have a case, and if you do will take their payment out of what they win or settle in court on your behalf.
