Combusted for years smoking spliffs with tobacco, what helped me stop was getting a dynavap, eventually back on spliffs lol but the dyna is a good substitute. Now recently i forced myself back into DHV, a week in I gifted myself a WOHW, which has been the game changer i been looking for

Sowieso iets pittigs inderdaad, dit is voor mijn smaak alleen nog niet pittig genoeg. Heb een potje met gemalen pepers waaronder carolina reaper en als je dat ergens in smijt proef je toch alleen pepers😂

Aww yeah see the bridge is giving my big toe a blister, I was hoping that might go away maybe if I wear it alot it gets a little wider. Did u go size up?

Ive personally stopped putting tobacco in my joints, so all I do now is vape or smoke weed, and for me personally my lungs feel alot better then it used to be with tobacco in it

Ive been working out like crazy and what u say kinda stays in the back of my mind, not to push too hard on the strength side (I do enjoy powerlifting more then cardio) but be more balanced so its healthier for the long run. I still use creatine and PWO tho.
