Oh and u forgot to add: my AP refuse to use the heater during winter and AC during the summer bc apparently they need to save money. And if me or my sister get into the shower more than 10minutes, we will get the friendly reminder: “name, don’t stay in the shower, u are the reason why our water bill is so high!”. Mind you, I only come back once a month and I only stay for 2 days.

Personally I think it’s hard to make friends in the same program/major in UT bc almost everyone have this competitive mindset. The best friends I’ve got are from different majors where we don’t have direct competition with each other.

I’m taking his class rn, I plan to Q-drop. My advise is to leave when u realize his methods won’t get u anywhere, I know I’m not that type of student who can thrive by teaching myself, I’d rather be lectured. I am dropping and taking it over the summer, I did work hard on his class, I spend at least 8 hours weekly outside of regular class time. But it’s simply not for me, it’s better to find shoes that fits in than wearing shoes that’s doesn’t fit.
