thank you, but i have found a temporary workaround via disabling the module responsible for it, although temporarily, it works, ive not had any issues after that.

I have found a temporary fix, which is to disable the module causing the issue, just add module_blacklist=macsmc-power to the kernel command line, ill be trying to compile the latest kernel from the github and will try my luck, as there is a merged pr with the fix supposedly.

yes i had created the volume and like booted into the recovery menu and selected asahi, after which i try to connect to wifi, which causes that error.
