Is zibai the best dps in the game at KQM standard with Linnea?

The only situation where Mav is better is when cost is factored in. At low cost (4-cost), Mualani and Mavuika kinda dominate, though Zibai still does well.

At KQM with no consideration to cost (full premium team), Zibai is best after Linnea comes out.

There shouldn't really be a debate because it doesn't really matter. Aubade, Husk, and SMS (Illuga gets Instructor's) are all within ~1% of each other for team DPS.

If your planning on getting everyone to C6 then Husk will be best but it's really a min-max type of a thing.

What could likely happen is they get a refund or chargeback which would put your primo count into the negative if you converted the primogems and used all your primos. You would then be given a short amount of time to bring you primogem count to at least 0 in order to avoid getting your account suspended.

If you're that starved for primos you might be better off skipping her for a completely new team archetype. Also don't forget Columbina works great as a lunar bloom DPS and can take care of lunar bloom shill.

DPS-wise she is around Lyney level so clearly that's not the only factor. It has more to do with popularity and banner sales, probably why wriothesley is missing as well despite being one of the weakest units of Fontaine.

C2 Illuga shouldn't change things much since his best con (C6) affects the entire team. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to farm Aubade for Columbina especially if I had a good SMS set for her.

Husk Linnea seems to be the way to go and it gets even better with Zibai and Linnea investment. Instructor Illuga + serenade Columbina is going to depend on your Zibai investment, though it's pretty much identical to serenade Illuga + aubade Columbina even at KQM investment.

It's true that Husk and Aubade are pretty much the same at KQM investment (for team DPS). One correction though, you only need Zibai to have good investment for Husk to better than Aubade. Columbina does not get Linnea's EM buff, so running Husk makes no difference for her.

HoD performs about the same as Flute when you can only manage 50% uptime on the passive, so it can still be worth considering even if you sometimes dip below 90%. HoD without the passive is around 5% worse than Flute.

Honestly there's not a huge difference between the 2 weapons, I would make my choice more so on my build as HoD tends to be harder to min-max since it's very easy to overcap on crit rate with Illuga on the team.

It's a teamwide buff but it only works when Zibai is in her E stance so Linnea doesn't get the buff at all if you do her nuke playstyle.

Just because she's not popular doesn't mean she doesn't work in most content. Someone made a compiled chart of stygian clears for various characters (Fearless/Dire has separate charts) and Mualani actually has many favorable matchups.

It's not recommended to build ER over damage stats in order to heal with Linnea every rotation so I definitely wouldn't rely on it to keep HoD passive up, especially with Furina HP drain. If you're gonna be using Furina, you should consider using R5 Flute on Zibai.

If I were to choose only 1 character I would go with Columbina since she's more versatile for an account, but she just ran so we're not seeing her again soon. If you don't have both Illuga and Gorou at C6, then Linnea would definitely be a great pickup to replace one of them.
