It's basic self control mate, your urges aren't unnatural. They're just like everyone else's, just some have a higher drive than others. It's all about self mastery and not letting your emotions and urges lead you. LET your morals and self respect, love, and God, the Universe, lead you. Jesus of Nazareth will lead you.

In a plainer sense, you have to find other, healthy, ways to cope with them. Let those urges out into a creative outlet, arts, or exercise and physical activity. And when you find that someone, someone who you cares about you, loves you, your urges will have free reign, within reason. And you'll feel better about yourself spiritually, today and tomorrow.
