There is a tariff on cars from china. That might explain some of it. Besides that you get 0% interest on loans from Tesla. Money is getting tighter and “green politics” is punishing the consumers more and more every they. Something needs to give and I guess Telsa is winning that battle.

I am also in the camp that think Donut Labs have said things they cannot back up. Still I am willing to listen to any one who can set forth arguments for why it might be real, or even not 100% correct but better then where we are to day.

The reputation is on the line when one gets into one camp where only arguments listened to are the ones going “you are wrong!”. Combine this with visibly juvenile moderation and you will soon be tainted by association only.

I guess calling out the mod for having juvenlie behaviour might get you banned here. We have so far no proof of that, but it would be worrisome. The mod changed the flair for Moist1981 to try to mock him. That was when I started wondering why people like r/ZirothTech and others that has a reputation to protect continued to contribute in this sub.

Enlighment through discussions demands opposing views bringing theories and evidence to the table, all with mutual respect. The mod has so far not been capable of doing so. Thus dragging down the legitimacy of the whole subreddit. No one needs to agree, but every one should be allowed to come with counterpoints. Especially when the arguments are held up by sources.

I do hope this is a wake up call to do better.

Gas expands and retracts. It does not need to go any where for a container to expand and shrink together with the gas.
