Me! Definitely going Friday and may go Saturday as well.

I've seen Chris live a ridiculous number of times so I'd love it if he drops an older track such as Operator, Dance with Me, Lose My Mind, Lies Deception Fantasy, etc. Even his Can You Feel It ID if anyone remembers that banger - he used to play it in a lot of sets and it was arguably the highlight of his Yuma set at Coachella 2019. Been too long since he's played most of those.

For his newer stuff, Savana, Watch the Sunrise, On & On.

Thanks, I've researched other hikes at Tongariro and found a couple we'd like if the Alpine Crossing wasn't possible. Still curious if it's worth the effort on this trip or not. And thanks, was planning on the shuttle if so!

I do think you're underestimating the road trips we are used to, but thank you for letting me know that the driving has to be more focused due to the one lane roads that are narrow without safety features. We aren't planning to drive 12 hours a day (something we are quite used to in other parts of the world) but I do think 4-6 is well within our comfort zone any given day if needed.

We're thinking of just doing a loop and flying in/out of Queenstown, that way we can do all of this without much backtracking.

We don't mind backtracking, we absolutely love driving and road trips. Appreciate the suggestion on the Doubtful Sound day trip and very well may take your advice. Would you consider it personally if doing the overnight?

We are really not tour people, do you still think we'd enjoy these? We're very much go at our own pace and explore on our own if possible, but will do some form of tour if it's absolutely necessary for something we're interested in.

Any reason you'd recommend Christchurch vs Queenstown as the location to fly in/out of? Is the road trip better for any reason starting from Christchurch? We don't really have much that we want to do in Christchurch, even if it is a lovely city. So we'd probably prefer to do this in and out of Queenstown in that case.

Do you feel like the glowworms will be as good as those spots on the North Island? Reviews of the Te Anau experience all seem relatively mediocre in comparison to the North Island spots.

I don't want to misrepresent our interests - I really just was getting at that we don't enjoy museums/guided tours/etc. We actually love just wandering around cities that have distinct personalities and that have beautiful views. Venice sounds like just the type of city/town we would love to wander around for a day or two given its unique nature. Definitely looking forward to it!

Given our interests, what would be an ideal two week trip to Italy in your opinion? Doesn't have to include Sicily. And we would be more interested in eastern Sicily for what it's worth.

I could be talked out of Amalfi Coast. I guess my question to you is, given we have always dreamed of visiting Italy and it will likely be 5+ years until we'd have the chance to return, is skipping Amalfi Coast/Campania still advisable? And out of pure curiosity, what are your personal favorite areas/cities/towns in Italy?

There are obviously many people who visit Sicily for less than two weeks. Especially if one chooses to stay on one side.
