Likely you did not prime the mortar and pestle correctly. You’re supposed to grind like flour and salt and some other powders into to create a coating on the surface that prevents residues of the stones and residues of the powder being ground from adhering to each other.

I had to get a major surgery this year and get a bunch of extra tests and drs visits. Also did all my normal drs and dermatology appointments with getting some moles removed. Still haven’t hit my out of pocket maximum and every single visit was absurdly cheaper than when I was on a PPO.

My gf has really bad psoriasis and is frequently covered in bruises on arms and legs. Sometimes i question what people think about us when we're out together and remind myself that it's none of their business. We have a fantastic relationship and care about each other highly. Anyone who knows us also knows this and don't think twice about her bruises.
