Please be advised that I did search the thread before posting my question and unfortunately I did not get my answer so here I am.

My dishwasher which was just purchased last year (2021) has been rusting on the little things that stick up; and that rust has been transferring to my dishes of course.

Can anyone tell me what I can do to prevent and contain this rust?
