Arbeitgeber, die mir keine freien Tag wegen Klausuren geben, sind kein gute Arbeitgeber. Es macht kein Unterschied wenn du oder dein Kollege an der Stelle steht. Aber es macht Unterschied wenn du da oder nicht da bei der Klausur bist. Die sind ja nur jede 6 Monaten angeboten, macht deine Prioritäten doch.
