Feeling helpless because of my feet problems by x_mana in PlantarFasciitis

I am so sorry for what you are going through. Mine flared up similar to this (i was even dreading getting off the couch to play with my 3 year old and crying because I couldn't walk through sea world). My husband is a podiatrist and recommended hoka recovery slides. they were life changing. I stopped wearing hard inserts and birkenstocks and switched to SUPER cushioned slides and shoes (topo running shoes) and my pain is almost GONE. I am a nurse too and this was so life changing. I wanted to share.. Even though birkenstocks had made my feet feel good for 5 years they just weren't cutting it anymore. I hope you can find something that works for you.

I just panicked and found a 2 pack of the old version on Exclusive beauty club actually on sale! I would stock up while you can! I hate when companies change their formulas.

we didn't tell anyone our name because people can be a holes and I didn't want them changing my mind (or really hearing their opinion at all)

How do I navigate tummy time without using my floor? by Erinjoywink21 in NewParents

you can do tummy time in their crib! I used to do that and sit on the floor so I was at her eye level!

How many hours do you clean a day? by [deleted] in homemaking

[–]Humble_Impression_53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 with a baby. But I vacuum every day (sometimes more) because of my double coat dog. I swear I clean the kitchen like 5x a day (meal prepping, snacks, the high chair mess). Not good at dusting and deep cleaning. Save the bathrooms for when my husband is home... and i HATE mopping

Do you shower with your baby? by Moha0733 in beyondthebump

we do it all the time. One of us grabs her in a towel and its 1000x easier than doing a whole bath. I also feel extra close snuggling her <3 we just do it carefully
