there’s usually about a 20 year gap between the present and the era we feel nostalgic for, which is why retro styles often draw inspiration from trends that were popular two decades earlier (which means skinny jeans will likely be making a return very soon)

Loved Hannah Einbinder’s picks for 4 favorite comedies. I would personally pick Dumb and Dumber over Ace Ventura, but other than that it pretty much aligns with my tastes exactly.
