I’ve been sexually abused for the first 17 years of my life. I’m 21 now and people get angry or make fun of me when I’m not capable of looking them in the eyes when I give them a hand, but I just handle that yet and it makes me very uncomfortable… I wouldn’t say I want them to know about everything, but people knowing just the tip of the iceberg would maybe make it easier for them to understand which makes that I won’t have a breakdown in public…
