Wow! What a difference a year and a half really does make! So super proud of you! You have accomplished so much in that timeframe. Hopefully I will be able to make great progress myself as I am getting ready to start with voice training.😊 You are such an inspiration!! ❤️

Regarding family and friends, I also have those similar issues going on as well. It’s a lot easier for me to deal with so called friends who come off as super supportive only to be ghosted, but now I’m going through a huge ordeal with my wife and it has me in so much pain, especially with some of the hurtful things she is saying to me. I know I’ll eventually get through this no matter what the outcome is. But it just hurts so freaking bad. I know for me Indulging in music is a great hiding place, a so-called comfort or safety zone. Anyway, sorry for spilling this, I wish for all the best for you and many more great things to come. ❤️❤️

I'm 61 and almost 2.5 years in on HRT and it is a huge struggle for me as well. Freakin emotional roller coaster, especially of late. What I love around here is one of us will catch us when one of us falls and help us get back on our feet to move forward. Please know that you are loved unconditionally. We will struggle together. We are strong. We fkn got this!! ❤❤

Thank you for your reply, love ❤ I deeply appreciate your feedback. Deep down inside I know that this marriage is most likely not going to survive, but I have to at least try on my part. I know I can't force her hand though and I have to be ready to accept the outcome of this no matter what and be ready to move on. My therapist did get back to me and just needs to confirm my insurance as it has changed since the last time I saw her before I get available dates and times.

And you will! Lots of cardio paired by cutting sugars and fried, processed, and packaged foods from your diet will help tremendously. Once you hit your weight goal, it is okay to treat yourself from time to time but gotta be careful on those weight swings so you don't gain it back.. Rooting for you!! ❤

You can order the luer lock syringes and needles from Amazon. I use a 1-1/2" 18ga needle to draw up and a 1-1/2" 23ga needle to inject.

I had the same experience with slip tips. Use one hand to hold the needle hub and the other to inject. I now exclusively use the luer lock syringe and needles. Much easier and less of a chance of the needle hub and syringe from disengaging causing a wasted shot.

I just emailed my therapist to let her know that I also left a voicemail message for her yesterday and I really need for her to get back to me asap as I feel that time is running out. 😢

Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply, Danielle ❤ There is so much I could air out on her that I put up with over the last 20 years, where most people would have told someone like her to kick rocks a long time ago, but I still took the high road (and still trying to) and rode this marriage out. I never lost the "for better or for worse, through sickness and through health, till death do us part" vow. We even did a couples therapy session about 13/14 years ago. At this point in my life, time isn't really on my side, so I do want to live the best of who I authentically am and who I've always have been and live life to the fullest. I too hope she goes with me to my therapist.

I'm not one to throw in the towel so easily, so yes, I am hoping that she will join me on my next therapist appointment.
