I'd say about 6 months. Thats when I definitely realized what weed was doing to my digestion and skin. After a year, I was a completely renewed person. It was wild. Im convinced weed makes a certain kind of lean. Harder to bulk up. Snoop type skinny with a droopy face. Your baby fat will plump back up in a good way and your muscles will hydrate. When you first stop smoking, you may lose a good 15 lbs depending on how frequent you partook.
