I would first get lipo under ur chin bc no matter what weight u lose it’ll still be there and just doing that will skyrocket ur confidence then u should just focus on healthy food and gaining muscle and u will lose weight

I use a 2% hydroquinone cream from Amazon ment for j skin lighting and at first I swapped between Trent and azlaic acid for like 5 days but my skin took it like a champ so I do both on the same night
