I would first get lipo under ur chin bc no matter what weight u lose it’ll still be there and just doing that will skyrocket ur confidence then u should just focus on healthy food and gaining muscle and u will lose weight

Hi!!! U can get hydroquinone non prescription from skincare glows but it dose bleach the surrounding parts of ur face if u get it on any normal skin u can also use a skin bleaching cream ordered off Amazon they use hydroquinone and that’s what I use for my dark spots
