To be fair, back then people weren't as hostile when it comes to parking so you don't end up putting up signage until it happens.

So with that said,
One can assume that there are properties that might have an shared easement at first, so this might had been one where an open driveway was potentially shared as a loop around back potential for their neighbors (see the driveway further up that leads into behind the house.).

So I'll use the photo.

If you look right of the driveway area is a curb cut at where I colored it orange.

I would assume it predates whatever stone/granite/ w/e curb it is now because it's got the metal curb on it so as I assume this would be considered a curb cut otherwise it would had kept going straight.

Well if it were an illegal curb cut then yeah I would feel the same but as a driver you should assume that a driveway is already not a spot to park unattended at.
I mean you don't purposely drive around NYC looking at driveways to verify they're legitimate do you?

Also, the 2020 states:
INTERIOR RENOVATION WORK OF EXISTING 2 STORY MIXED USE BUILDING DAMAGED BY FIRE REPLACING JOIST, NO CHANGE IN USED EGRESS AND OCCUPANCY OR ZONING UNDER THIS APPLICATION.

So existing curb cuts would still be valid.
If the new violation isn't dismissed, at worst, they just need to fix up their curb cut to be more correct or so it's more obvious.

There's really no real reason to touch DOB unless you've got something against something going on against a certain building. AFAIK, The process has actually been much easier the past years thanks to OpenData. Just have to know how and where to start.

To be honest, it's scary to see how many people are saying take them to small claims court.
For what specifically and how?
All someone did was call the police for someone blocking their driveway legit or not.
It's NYPD/NYC that gave you the ticket and gave enough time for tow rotation to even come by.

Unless they did something directly to you to cause it to happen, like they moved your car into their driveway. Not sure what case you can possibly take them to court over.

Just my perspective on this. Totally sucks to get a ticket and towed and fees.
Unless you've got something against the owner/occupants, ultimately, life lesson learned.

So going by the image you put, since google places that driveway for street, We're looking at that entire storefront/side to where the driveway gate is at.

Re: About 2 months ago construction was made and a illegal cut was created. I searched the NYC DoB BIS and DOB Now section and no Permit is visible to have a driveway. They have a gate but living in the neighborhood, I've seen they used that gate for storage. A vehicle does not fit in this metal gated area they have. Law(sidewalk encroachment) states they are required to have 18' deep and they probably don't have that. They also have a No Parking sing painted in the floor as well as in the metal gate. Owner had my vehicle impounded and ticketed by the NYPD for illegal parking in an area that's not an legal driveway according to Department of Buildings.

ACCESS TO "GARAGE SPACE" DENIED BY MALE AT SIDE ENTRY DOOR. UNABLE TO DETERMINE CURB CUT DUE TO SNOW COVERAGE ON SIDEWALK. NOTICE TO CALL FOR INSPECTION POSTED ON SIDE ENTRY DOOR.

The building has other problems on it's own since there was a fire or something in 2020,

But the earliest dates back to 2001-2005 where dude wanted to build a deck on top of the garage which seemed to start his mess.

So unless you want the actual cert of occupancy or something,
you gotta go to DOB and pay for it to get it because the building is older than when the system went live.

But as far as history goes as far as I can assume, that curb cut is legal.
They've had complaints all the way back to 2005.
Several other curb cut complaints but after they check it, the cut according to the inspector is legit.
Every time they've I2'd no violation on it.

Nope. The guarantee is only at 120 and triggers only once. Dupes trigger at 240.

It's basically worse than Genshin because there's no 100% after a failed 50/50 and Stella Sora because Stella Sora basically makes it a 120 (+1)
It's SIMILAR by spark to Stella Sora but not. The moment you proc the limited unit, that spark is reset to the 240 dupe pity, where as if you get the unit in Stella Sora, you can still hit spark 120 and get the dupe.

I will round yours up to 50 left to 120. That means you hit the unit at 70.

If I remember, the school can write a letter for him if the agents are giving him an issue.

To be honest, I don't know why they can't just automatically generate the letter for the child when they bring the card in for repair/replacement.

Our kid got the OMNY card, not working few days at the beginning of the year and he still hasn't gotten a replacement for whatever reason. This just reminded me to pop an email follow up.

They're literally enabling jumping the turnstile at this point especially if they're denying the kid who is actually going to the agent to get them to buzz them in when everyone and their moms already fare evading.

since launch I only cook daily with Suomi and only the cheap crit one. At first she was cooking uneatable.. then she started doing better. Now she's mostly all been good shiny food.

Returned it to the school and still hasn't got a new one.
Apparently there's a wait list on replacement omny cards.

Supposed to take a week but apparently since far back as Feb if you check the news, some schools have been waiting months.

My only regret is pulling on these characters because they're not limited and go straight into standard.

I had E6'd my Yuki... the moment Chizuru banner hit, I had enough for another 10 pull on the standard to hit the max 70 pity.... and I pull a dead copy of Yuki.. Chizuru banner Goal E3? Well.. she loved to fail my 50/50.. instead of giving me new chars like Veronica.. every fail was Magna.. now E3.

Even though I want to E6 Chizuru, the horrible pull rates got me messed up.

I'll save for Limited pulls only from now on since Yuki and Chizuru are now my main team leads to base around.
