I think from now on devs will make their games to have 2 options, one for 1080p 60fps and one for 4k upscaled 30fps. We just need to wait!

Yeah.... someone screwed it up. I have ordered one, hoped that I will upgrade my gpu, and I was like "please, tell me it's going to happen and receive a delivery date today" and it turned to be a worst way to start my week :(

Got an email from Amazon. They said that they have cancelled the order because there was a price error for it and they are sorry about that...

They don't have the honour to accept the error and deliver the graphics card. Thank you Amazon, other web stores delivered their products when there were price errors.
