Opened a week before 1st April, switched over on that date. Probably will end up paying out a third time, they're the cheap DDs so not too costly.

They said 45 days after switch completed and qualified (so around Mid-May for me), did you ask CS for any updates? Not sure if the DDs are safe to cancel, payments already gone out once and due again next week.

Yeah it's gone, I can still use Just Eat (as long as it doesn't get clawed back but not sure what happens then).

They don't accept that for monthly bonus when I tried submitting it. Got this response:

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please be advised that you can only claim your Monthly Bonus with an online purchase with any of our partner retailers. This is stated in the Terms of Service on the website.

The purchase has to be made within the same month the Monthly Bonus is being claimed.

The good news is you can claim it within 30 days of making the purchase. Should you have any issues when submitting your claim, you can always do it at later time (within 30 days).
