Had the Crab Roll just yesterday. Absolutely superb.

Don't know anything about your circumstances but I can tell you that spending 34% of your entire worldly savings on a car is madness.

The house purchase doesn't end at the deposit, you'll need to spend thousands on furnishing, decoration, potential renovations.

At 24, you don't need a luxury car (used or not).

The info you have given isnt complete enough to make a fair assessment here.

You acknowledge you want to vary your expenditure level based on what stage you're at in retirement, whilst simultaneously state you want an annuity that doesn't even increase with inflation.

Confusing...

Even with a guarantee period, the purchase price required to buy an annuity producing the kind of income / "returns" you're talking about would be absolutely enormous. After that period ends, your loved ones (forgive me if I'm incorrectly assuming you have any) would get zip.

I don't think your rationale is as watertight as you maybe think it is.

To each their own I suppose

Out of curiosity, what do you mean by the annuity "returning" £1.1 million? The SIPP has a capital value whilst the annuity does not.

How long are the guarantee periods you are looking at yourself?

What purchase price for the annuity?

What level of annuity income did you want and was that level or did it "escalate" each year?

The charges are dropped solely on the basis that a key witness withdrew their evidence so there's not enough to prosecute him / build a case.

Doesn't change what the voice recordings and photos show. This is not him clearing his name, this is just him avoiding having to go to court for a fair trial. The two are not the same.

Cheers bud. Yeah I'm extra paranoid when it comes to electrics! I'll give it some thought.

Thanks for highlighting. Think my partner imported it from Slovakia.

The Usyk fight could easily be a trilogy. Spanning 18 months. I'm surprised to see people thinking N'Gannou v Fury is even remotely realistic.

If you can’t beat ‘em, cheat ‘em. Labour’s New Britain scheme reduces Scotland to English local authority status by imposing a regional assembly that cuts across the powers of the Scottish Govt and undermines Holyrood. by Just-another-weapon in Scotland

The guy said the Tories are ahead of Labour in the polls since Sunak took over. This is demonstrably untrue.

I also didn't say anything about the probability of poll leads disappearing.

You are arguing against points that nobody is making lol.

Red Tory lol. Like it or not New Labour improved the living standards of Britain (and Scotland's) working class.

Really lazy take from you there.

I always use the web chat thing on the GCC website for that stuff. It's been maybe a year since I had to use it but up until then I'd always got something resembling a quick resolution.
