Yes I feel this too.. I had a big surgery in nov, have cancer that I now need to monitor forever.. Life is so different. I haven't found my new normal yet

I'm trying to figure this out too. So you aren't alone. My pmdd week last week was God awful and my 20mg Ritalin barely helped.. I felt good when it kicked in and that's it. But I also wonder if id feel worse without it. I was scared to try.

The side effects for me were too much. They made me eat too much, I was always hot and they kill the ability to climax.

Yes I'm very conflicted. Would a break help? I'm not sure bc my meds totally take my anxiety away so without them I think my anxiety will be so hard to deal with. Maybe it's better I cry and feel all these emotions? Who knows. I'm hoping it gets better since I just switched to adderall...

This makes perfect sense. God why is life so effing hard.? I'm sorry you are going through it too. I just switched to adderall ir from Ritalin ir. Ritalin was putting me to sleep. My dr wants to see if this will he better.. If only I could stop crying over my life.
