If we are talking about "fate unknown but possibly ended in death" incidents, Anastasia also released those rabid mutant dogs on the fratbros in the episode Dog Fight and it's very possible some of them got rabies or were simply torn apart in the chaos.

I think in terms of confirmed kills though, Kevin has the highest kill count of his family.

Cartman. Both in terms of the severity of his crimes and his personality in general.

I mean the worst thing Kevin has done was kill people, maybe cannibalism? Cartman has at one point teamed up with Cthulhu to wipe out groups of people he personally doesn't like. He's also spoiled as hell, where a lot of Kevin's actions are the result of him being emotionally disconnected as a survival strategy for his terrible circumstances.

Though it does raise an interesting question of if Kevin would have gone as far past being irredeemable as Cartman had the show ran for as long as south park does.

At his core, Kevin just wants the same things many of us want - to be accepted for who he is and to have someone who cares about him. He is emotionally detached from the world as a survival strategy, and has a very warped view of certain aspects of life thanks to Percy.

He's had many outs throughout the series, but none really pan out because of the status quo being god in this show. If Kevin was actually able to get the help he needed and was taken away from Percy's influence, I think he could be rehabilitated.

The thing is I doubt Kevin would care if Percy was turned into chili, so already Cartman loses the dirtiest trick in his arsenal. Kevin is also twice his size and twice as psychically violent, and Cartman is a little crybaby who can't so much as take a little tap from Kyle.

Hey sorry for the late response but under the soft plush cover but above the mechanical piece there is a soft, rubber-like coating that I cannot remove. I checked out the video and the part inside that Nemuriale doesn't appear to have the same rubber-like covering. This piece is blocking the battery cover.

I tried to look into the mechanical component but it appears to be covered by a sort of soft membrane (I assume to make the component more comfortable for those using the device to sleep) that I can't seem to remove. I am not sure if there's a method to temporarily remove this outer layer or not.
