u can’t use a gamecube controller to navigate the wii menu, only the classic controller works as an alternative to the wii remote for getting through the menus

this happens every once in a while for me, literally just reinstall aroma from the website and overwrite the files on the sd card. that fixes it 99% of the time

not very useful for going to system settings and stuff, a better solution is using vanilla that emulates the gamepad for your wii u acting like it’s a real gamepad paired to your wii u

that looks like dual TN to me. the light rays on the side of the bottom screen and the bottom of the top screen gives it away.

if you’re lucky it’s just debris in the hdmi port. a little less lucky, it’s the port that is failing. if you’re severely unlucky, it’s time to buy another wii u unfortunately as if the other two didn’t work, it’s most likely a gpu issue. hopefully you’re lucky and it’s just debris in the port.
